Dr. Fran Cavanaugh has been in the Pastoral Ministry since 1991 and the Prophetic Ministry since 1975. He is Ordained with Victory New Testament Fellowship.
Pastor Cavanaugh holds:
> Earned Doctorate in Christian Education.
> Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College.
> Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with Honors from VCBC & Seminary.
> He has also successfully completed two terms of law school.
